Warranty Built-In: Remember that the price you see includes a comprehensive 2-year warranty. This covers hardware defects, ensuring your device is reliable for long-term use.
Customer Assurance: Rest easy knowing your purchase is covered by our 60-day hassle-free return policy. If you change your mind, you have two full months to initiate a return.

3. Review Your Shopping Cart and Logistics

After payment, the process moves into our warehouse and logistics system.

Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) CET/CEST on a business day are processed the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
Tracking Notification: Once your phone has passed our quality check and been packaged, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email. This email includes your individual DHL tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real-time.
