Our policy for changes and cancellations

1. Cancel an order

Best efforts: We will do our best to stop the order before it leaves our warehouse.
If the order has already been shipped: If we are unable to cancel the order in time, you can simply refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the package and benefit from our 60-day return period .
2. Edit an order
Processing is difficult: It is often not possible to edit an existing order (e.g. change the model, color or delivery address).
The Recommended Solution: The fastest and most reliable solution is usually to cancel the original order (see instructions above) and place a new order with the corrected items or the correct address.
