How to Track Your Remobile Order (Step-by-Step Guide)

Never wonder where your certified, refurbished phone is again! This simple, step-by-step guide walks you through tracking your order status, explains shipping updates, and gives you access to our instant customer support channels if you need personal assistance.


1. When Tracking Begins

Once your payment is confirmed, your order goes through two phases before it is shipped:

  • Processing: We perform final quality checks, prepare the device, and get your order ready for the courier.

  • Shipped: Your package has been handed over to our shipping partner. Your tracking link is active from this moment.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique Tracking Number and the link to the carrier’s tracking page.


2. Step-by-Step Tracking

Follow these easy steps to track the journey of your order:

Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Email. Check the inbox of the email address used for your purchase for the email with the subject "Your Remobile Order Has Shipped!" (Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see this email within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation.)

Step 2: Find the Tracking Number and Link In the email, you will see a unique Tracking Number and a clearly visible Tracking Link.

Step 3: Click to Track Clicking the tracking link will take you directly to the courier's official tracking page. Here, you will see real-time updates on your package's location and the estimated delivery date.

💡 Quick Tip: The tracking link will only activate once the courier has scanned the package at their facility. If you receive the email late at night, tracking updates may not appear until the next morning.


3. Understanding Your Order Status

The tracking page uses standard terms to describe your order's current status. Here is what the most common statuses mean:

Processing

Your order is being prepared and checked by the Remobile team.

Shipped / In Transit

Your package has left our facility and is now in the courier's hands.

Out for Delivery

Your package has reached your local area and is scheduled for delivery today.

Attempted Delivery

The courier tried to deliver the shipment but was unsuccessful (e.g., no one was home). Check the courier's notification for re-delivery or pickup instructions.

Delivered

The package has successfully reached the destination address. Enjoy your Remobile device!
