At Remobile, the security of your account is a priority. If you've forgotten your password or simply want to update it, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process quickly and securely.

Step-by-Step Guide to Resetting Your Password

Follow these instructions to regain access to your Remobile account:

Step 1: Initiate the Reset Process

  1. Navigate to the Remobile login page (or open the app).

  2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link located below the login fields.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Remobile account and click "Submit" or "Send."

Step 2: Check Your Email

  1. You will promptly receive an email from Remobile with the subject "Password Reset Request" (or similar).

  2. Open this email and click on the one-time reset link contained within it. Note: This link is time-sensitive and will expire after a short period.

Step 3: Create a New Password

  1. The link will direct you back to our website where you can enter your new password.

  2. Enter your new password in the first field, and then repeat it in the second field for confirmation.

New Password Requirements

To ensure the maximum security of your account, your new password must meet the following criteria:

  • Length: Must be at least 10 characters long.

  • Complexity: Must include a mixture of at least three of the following elements:

    • Uppercase letters (A, B, C, etc.)

    • Lowercase letters (a, b, c, etc.)

    • Numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.)

    • Special characters (!@#$%^&*)

Tips for Password Security

  • Avoid Common Passwords: Do not use common words, names, or simple numerical sequences.

  • Be Unique: Never use a password that you use for banking, email, or any other online accounts.

  • Update Regularly: Change your password every few months to maintain the best security practice.

Troubleshooting: Didn't Receive the Reset Email

If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please try the following:

  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: The email may have been moved to your spam or junk folder by your email provider.

  • Verify Email Address: Try starting the process again, carefully checking that you entered the correct email address for your Remobile account.

  • Wait 15 Minutes: In rare cases, there might be a short delay due to server traffic. Wait up to 15 minutes before attempting again.
