Estimated Delivery Times
At Remobile, we value getting your new phone or accessories to you as quickly and transparently as possible. This guide explains how we process orders and what standard delivery time you can expect.
1. Our Standard Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you can expect your package to be delivered within:
2 – 5 Business Days
Please note: "Business days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Calculating Your Delivery Time
Your delivery schedule consists of two main components:
Component | Description |
1. Processing Time | The time we need to prepare your order for shipping (including stock check, quality control, packaging, and creating shipping labels). This is typically 1 business day. |
2. Shipping Transit Time | The time the carrier needs to transport the package from our warehouse to your address. This is estimated to be 2–5 business days. |
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1 day) + Shipping Transit Time (2–5 days)
3. Order Cut-Off and Working Hours
The time you place your order affects when the processing time begins.
Working Hours (German Time Zone):
Monday to Saturday: 08:30 AM – 08:00 PM CET/CEST (depending on the season)
Order Cut-Off:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon)CET/Cthe same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CET/CEST or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Example:
An order placed on Saturday at 3:00 PM will start processing on Monday, and the estimated delivery window begins on the day of shipment (Monday).
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing:
The name of the carrier.
Your unique tracking number.
A direct link to the carrier's website to follow your shipment's journey in real-time.
5. Important Notes
Customs/International Shipments:
The estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days applies to standard shipments within Germany and certain EU countries. International or non-EU deliveries may take longer and are subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control.
Peak Season:
During periods of high order volume (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, major sales), both processing and transit times may be slightly longer than the usual 2–5 days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
